Just wondering what do the numbers stamped into the card backs mean?
"What you think you're some kinda Jedi, waving your hand around like that?"
"I'm a Toydarian. Mind tricks don'ta work on me-only money. No money, no parts! No deal!"

| Hi, these are five digit numbers. The first number denotes the year the figure was produced and the middle three numbers are the day in the year the figure was made. The last figure is a revision number - hope that helps? James

| Many thanks! Using my Saga legends Darth Maul I picked up over the weekend as a example- Number 72123 So thats 7 for 2007 212 for the day in the year it was made 3 for revision number I have a few questions on the revision number- What classes as a revision? Is the revision number random or does it mean there were 2 prototypes before deciding on number 3? Does the figure (action figure, not number!) affect the revision number or is it just alterations to the card? Thanks in advance!

| The last number could also be considered to be a batch number - not necessarily a revsion in the true sense of what we collectors would consider a revision. I'll ask our friends at Hasbro next time I catch up with them... James
