Back in January, at the "Family Guy Presents....Blue Harvest" premiere, I spoke briefly to Ewen Macintosh, who played Keith in "The Office", and he was happy to do a telephone interview.  Well, it's nearly 3 months later and I've finally got around to posting something!

Does anybody have any questions that they would like to ask Ewen?  It would be nice if we could put some questions to him from some of you folks.

I'm sure that there must be fellow fans of "The Office" out there....

Well Darth McAdam, to start you off...

What does he think of the american version of The Office?

What does he prefer to do writing or acting?

What's he working on at the moment?

Has/would he pursue his poker career any further?

Adam

Following on from your other post, how about these...

Which is his favourite trilogy, new or original?

Which is his favourite film and for what reasons?

Which are his best bit(s) from the films and say he was GL for the day which bit(s) would he change?

Which is his favourite character and given the opportunity which one does he think GL would ask him to play?

Which character does he 'hate' and why?

Does he collect SW items and if so does he stick to one or two ranges or anything associated?

What is his personal affiliation with SW?

Would he like to write for GL, if so briefly what about?

Which attribute(s), if any, would he like to have from any character, i.e. Yoda's wisdom, Chewbacca's strength and what would he use it/them for?

Did he, or does he still now play any SW computer games, if so which?

Is he interested in the Expanded Universe and what is he reading at the moment?

What was is first SW item that he bought or was given and what was his last one?

What was his favourite SW toy and why?

Well, these should start you off, otherwise it could be a long phone call!!!

Thanks for picking up on my other post Yamaro, and apologies for not clarifiying my request in the first instance!

I don't think I need to come up with any questions myself now!  Do you want to ask Mrs. Yamaro to do a Keith/Ali G unique custom to send to Ewen?  I'll be sure to give you a mention for your contributions.....

In answer to your question Sam, The (British) Office was the inspiration for the The American Office and is VERY funny (note my use of caps there for emphasis ) - it's aimed at a different target audience, as you'd expect, but having seen a lot of The American Office, I find them both equally enjoyable.  There are a lot of cringeworthy moments in both, but also a lot of pathos at times and empathy towards characters that you wouldn't necessarily expect to feel any sympathy for.

And yes, 'Bloody Hell' is a rude word in GB, and not something we would encourage on the forums for fear of being a bad influence on the younglings.....

Hmm, a question for Ewan.  I guess it would have to be thus.

"Martin Freeman was Arthur Dent in Hiitchikers Guide to the Galaxy and Mackenzie Crook was in the Pirates of the Carribean movies.  If you had a choice of franchise movie to be in - past, present or future - what would it be, and who would be your ideal co-star?"

"The truth is we'd have probably f***** it up!" Rick McCallum speaking to www.lightsabre.co.uk on re-making A New Hope in 2008.

I have asked Mrs Y and she is researching him now.  We were thinking an accountant look with his goatee beard.  I'll send you a piccie once she has tinkered.
