I totally see where you are coming from, I mean NOTHING beats that 'new SW movie experience'. In fact my missus said that she enjoyed the look on my face at the opening crawl for the prequels more than she did the films!  Also the fact that 90% of SW 'fans' seem to to totally slag the prequels off at any opportunity makes me think that any further films would be even more derided. Therefore I think TV is the way to go, as it can be ignored in the same way that the books and comics are by some of the 'purists', where as the movies cant. For the record I love the new films.

Why dont Lucas just do the lot. TV, Films, internet, radio, games, books, comics and any other type of media you can think of. We would love it all.

| Well he is doing all that lot except for the films, 'he' being Lucasfilm of course. Point is that the films dont seem to be as popular with a lot of folks, where as TV does.

Probably a little early to worry. But Do you think the TV show will be released in all countries at the same time or will the US get the show first? Also I hope a channel like the BBC or ITV get the right to air the show, otherwise some people will not be able to see the show without paying for a different channel package.

| US will be first then UK probably 3/6 months later, maybe longer. I hope the BBC gets it cause i dont want a advert every 15 mins.

| Now we have a few rumors on the content of the TV show, has anyone's view changed on whether the TV show is the right way to go with Star Wars? (at this point should we agree not to add any possible spoilers without prior warning?)
