Finished 'Vision of the Future'. I've really enjoyed reading Spector of the Past and Vision of the Future, so i'm sticking with Zahn and reading 'Surviours Quest' next.

| Finished 'Survivors Quest'. Really enjoyed it. I liked the way that it is based a long time after the original trilogy, but also refers to times in the Prequel era. I'm now going to re-read 'Outbound Flight' to recap the background story. I do have a question for anyone who has read 'Survivors Quest' though (don't read any further if you haven't read the book)- ***Spoiler Alert*** In Survivors quest the people of Outbound flight keep mentioning not trusting the Jedi and having people who are showing signs of being Force sensitive in quaratine. They also mention that 2 people who have been confirmed as force users being shut in Dreadnaught 3. At one point someone is worried "If they find those people-worse, if they spring them...". I kept expecting Luke and Mara to find these Jedi and for them to play a big part in the end of the book, but nothing. Am I missing something or have something confused? Is the story of these missing Jedi covered in a different book?

| Finished Part 1 of Coruscant Nights series last night. Quite good. I just need to try and spend more time reading as it's much better than sitting in front of the gogglebox. Suitably inspired I have now started reading "The Rise & Fall of Darth Vader". It's a scholastic book but the story is good. So far we've learnt about how Anakin and Shmi came to be in Watto's ownership and a little bit about Gardulla the Hutt. Will let you know what I think of it.

| Finished "The Rise & Fall of Darth Vader" A very easy read and enjoyable too. Get a few little insights into his life before Phantom Menace and a bit of behind the scenes from scenes in the later films. Just started part 2 of Coruscant Nights trilogy.

| Finished 'The Clone wars'. Its quite a short book and follows the film quite closely. Unfortunatly the same things that bugged me about the film, bug me in the book. The thing that saves the book in my opinion is Traviss telling a lot of the story from the Clone troops point of view. Next up is a book i've been looking forward to, 'Republic Commando: Order 66'.
