My other (she would say better!) half came back from a car boot sale with a little bargain. Not too exciting but it was a limited first edition SW Ep 1 The making of TPM book which is in absolute tiptop mint condition, the price quoted on the back is £14.99 and she paid a whopping £1. I have found a site that is selling a slightly worn one for £9.97. The book is full of behind the scenes photos, concept drawings and information on all aspects of the making of the film. A great find.

| Picked up quite a haul over the weekend.... JamesB had kindly taken home a bunch of my stuff from CE, which I finally got around to collecting from him yesterday, including the MR scaled helmets and Medal of Yavin, the Bly and animated Yoda & R2-D2 busts, the animated Stormtrooper maquette, a few TAC vehicles and battle packs, Saga Legends wave 1, plus a whole bunch of promotional items from CE, CIV and SDCC. There was no hiding it from my wife since she came with me, although she hadn't realised quite how much there was until she glanced into the back seat halfway home to see 2 massive boxes! Since the wife and I have an agreement that if I buy Star Wars, then she can buy shoes, she's now going to be hunting down some Jimmy Choo's or Manolo Blahnik's while we're in New York!

Not much to report over the last few days  Just a few GG promo cards, Fan club, elvis trooper, Sy Snootles and Max Rebo band postcards and Commader set postcard.

| Well I'm a happy chappy... I've just managed to sort out trades for Commander Cody (Commander Bly), AFX Exclusive Clone Trooper (Luminara Maquette) and BHS Maquette (Commander Bly). That's it no more Bly's left (except for my own)! James PS Still looking for Asajj Maquette - Adam very kindly tried a branch of TK Maxx on his way up to us yesterday - but nothing! If anybody can help they will be rewarded!

| Had CIV Star Wars and SDCC Star Wars and Indy Hasbro coins from the US conventions. Well i say had, they are in my Local Post office ready for collection tomorow. Missed the postie taday, due to poxy work!!!

Another little gem from a local car boot - £10 for a 12" Stormtrooper Collector Series 1996. The box is slightly worn but unopened!
