Its quite easy, i tried hot water, a oven and a hair dryer. The best was the hairdryer but the dryer kept overheating, the oven has to be perfect timing or it goes a weird shape. I've heard a head gun is best, but i haven't got one.

So fairly low temps then, sounds interesting, wouldn't mind messing about with it myself!

This sort of thing really interests me as I was under the asumption that things like this had to be vacuum-formed.

Showing my age I suppose!

I've finished the weathering and the vest.

Now need to stick the plates to the vest.

Then i need to make plates for the the back, legs and gautlets. Then the most important piece which is the helmet, gonna be very carefull with that cause thats the most expensive piece.

Nice!!!

I notice that the little piece that fits between the chest plates isn't in the pics. Are you still working on it or are you not using it anymore?

It's coming on really nicely and very quickly!  Looking forward to seeing it finished...

I'm still unsure about what to do, may go for a different design or not have a center piece.
