i have recently bought 3 of those cabinets from argos to go with the 1 i bought a year or so ago, just gotta fill em up now . there nice cabinets just gotta be cautious about the shelves. it says the max weight is 7kg although i had my captain america premium format which weighed alot more on the top shelf for a few months and never had any problems. any of you with the same cabinets had any problems with them?

| I had glass cabinets once ... dropped my Animated Yoda GG Macquette on top shelf ... it smashed that ... smashed the next and cracked the bottom one ! luckily all other figs were sideshow so didn't break and the Force was with me as Yoda survived intact ! ... now i have custom made wooden ones ... but glass does look great ... ... but then i do have a small child ... so glass isn't always practical either !!!

I've got my Argos cabinets filled with Gentle Giant stuff and the shelves are holding up well. But I do worry that one day I will push my luck too far and there will be a disaster! I try to place heavier statues one per shelf or place them nearer the edge of the glass above the support pegs. So far so good!

| you could always double up your glass shelves for heavier stuff, i have my aragorn premium format on 2 glass shelves and it seems to be fine. i think if the stuff is spread out it should be ok, i only doubled it up because the glass seemed to be taking most of the weight in the middle
