| The prequels complete the story for me. They, IMHO, will never be as special as the OT but they are still great films that answer a lot of questions. James

When those hanger doors open to reveal Maul it is one of the coolest moments of the whole saga. Perfect music and definitely the coolest weapon.

There is nothing reallly to slate in the prequels it is superbly ochestrated from beginning to end by one man, Palpatine even as child I wanted to know who he was, he was Darth vader boss he had to be bad, and he was from that first sneer in TPM to the "unlimited power" revelation in ROTS now thats what you calll a man with a plan.

Thanks to the prequels we now have the Lego games and they are cool aswell. Some of the cutscenes are very 'cutely' done.
“(Obi-Wan) "That boy is our last hope." (Yoda) "No, there is another."”
"(Yoda) "Yamaro his name is.""

| Think I'll dive in with my top five prequel moments... 1 - Anakin vs Obi-Wan (as they began to circle one another, I got much further to the edge of my seat!) 2 - Yoda vs Dooku (the pitter patter of Yoda's footsteps had the same effect!) 3 - The final shot of AOTC, with the Imperial March playing (wow, wow, wow) 4 - Palpatine's emergency powers ("I love democracy, I love the Republic") 5 - The Jedi arrive on Geonosis (lots and lots of lightsabers)

Initially when I saw Phantom Menace, I loved it, but then I saw it a few more times and each time there were little things that grated and the film started to annoy me.
BUT, after I'd seen Ep. 2 & 3, I changed my opinion again and now I think its a great trilogy - nowhere near the originals but still very good.
Even Binks doesn't irritate me as much any more.
Its great to see fully trained jedi doing proper jedi stuff.
